Valiant Integrated Services Acquires Alliance Technical Services

Valiant Integrated Services completed the acquisition of Alliance Technical Services (ATS), a Norfolk-based provider of third-party logistics, launch site modernization, and refurbishment services for U.S. government customers. The deal strengthens Valiant’s logistics, missile launch refurbishment and warehouse management capabilities and expands its presence in adjacent government services markets; financial terms were not disclosed.

NOVA Infrastructure Acquires A&R Bulk-Pak

NOVA Infrastructure completed the acquisition of A&R Bulk-Pak, a Moncks Corner, South Carolina provider of contract packaging, transloading, rail-served warehousing and logistics services to petrochemical producers and traders. As part of the transaction A&R entered a strategic partnership with Harbor Logistics (a NOVA portfolio company) to broaden service offerings and pursue growth across North American port-centric logistics markets.

AMPORTS Acquires Horizon Terminal Services from Höegh Autoliners

AMPORTS has acquired 100% of Horizon Terminal Services, a marine terminal operator with facilities in Jacksonville and Port Everglades, Florida, and Freeport, Texas, from Höegh Autoliners B.V. The acquisition expands AMPORTS' U.S. terminal network and capabilities in automotive vehicle processing, warehousing and marine cargo handling to strengthen its footprint and service offering.

Advanced Intralogistics Acquires Anchor Technical Services

Advanced Intralogistics, a Fort Worth-based warehouse automation and robotics integrator, has acquired key assets of Anchor Technical Services to expand its maintenance and facility services capabilities. The deal broadens Advanced Intralogistics' service footprint across additional states, more than doubles its workforce, and integrates preventive, repair and predictive maintenance into its end-to-end automation offerings. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Nuvocargo Acquires Merge Transportation

Nuvocargo has acquired Charleston, South Carolina-based third-party logistics provider Merge Transportation, adding intra-U.S. brokerage and transportation capabilities to its existing U.S.–Mexico cross-border platform. The acquisition (terms undisclosed) brings Merge's ~14-person team into Nuvocargo and expands the company's service offering across North America.

PSC Group Acquires Bayport Rail Terminal LLC

PSC Group, a portfolio company of Aurora Capital Partners, has acquired Bayport Rail Terminal LLC (BRT), a 115-acre rail, truck and container terminal serving the chemical industry on the Bayport Loop and near the Port of Houston, from US Development Group. The acquisition expands PSC's last-mile logistics, railcar repair/cleaning and transloading capabilities in one of North America's largest chemical and plastics hubs.
