Terms were not disclosed; the transaction is IOP’s fourth platform investment from its third fund and was financed with senior debt from JP Morgan Chase Bank and Chemical Bank and subordinated debt from Yukon Partners.

Industrial Opportunity Partners (IOP) led a recapitalization of Charcuterie Artisans, the parent of Creminelli Fine Meats and Del Duca, acquiring the company’s assets and assuming majority ownership alongside capital partners Oaktree Capital Management, Sandton Capital Partners and Contrarian Capital Management. The transaction eliminated approximately $200 million of debt, secured a new working capital facility from PNC Business Credit, and positions Charcuterie to expand capabilities, strengthen customer partnerships and invest in growth across its premium charcuterie portfolio. Jeff "Trip" Tripician was appointed CEO to lead the company’s next phase.

Palm Beach Capital Invests in Allen Brothers, Forms National Convenience Distributors

Palm Beach Capital Fund III made an investment in Allen Brothers Wholesale Distributors and created National Convenience Distributors (NCD), combining Allen Brothers with J. Polep Distribution Services and Harold Levinson Associates as operating divisions. The new NCD organization reports combined annual revenues of $3 billion and becomes one of the largest full-line convenience store distributors in the U.S., expanding geographic reach and centralizing operations.
