High Performance Metal Finishing has acquired KEPCO, Inc., a Vicksburg, Michigan–based metal-finishing company; the transaction closed on December 4, 2025. The acquisition expands High Performance's production capacity and technical capabilities in electropolishing, passivation, and related surface-treatment services for automotive, medical, aerospace and other manufacturing customers.

Prince International (American Securities) Acquires Ferro Corporation and Combines with Chromaflo to Form Vibrantz Technologies

Prince International Corporation, a portfolio company of American Securities LLC, acquired Ferro Corporation for $22.00 per share in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $2.1 billion. At closing, Prince combined Ferro with Chromaflo Technologies (also an American Securities portfolio company) and rebranded the combined business as Vibrantz Technologies, a global leader in color solutions, performance coatings and advanced materials.

Prince Industries Acquires Keystone Precision & Engineering

The add-on expands Prince's production capabilities and East Coast presence, strengthening its footprint in the aerospace, defense and medical end-markets; transaction terms were not disclosed.

KPS Capital Partners Acquires INEOS Composites (now Alta Performance Materials)

KPS Capital Partners agreed to acquire INEOS Composites from INEOS Enterprises for approximately €1.7 billion and has completed the transaction, creating a standalone company now named Alta Performance Materials. Alta is a global manufacturer of unsaturated polyester resins, vinyl ester resins and gelcoats with ~900 employees and 17 manufacturing facilities; KPS intends to invest in manufacturing excellence, R&D and growth.

KPS Capital Partners Acquires Crane Composites

KPS Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of Crane Composites, a U.S.-based manufacturer of fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) composite panels. Crane Composites operates multiple manufacturing sites (including Channahon, Illinois) and employs several hundred people; KPS will own and manage the business through its affiliated management entities.

PHI Industrial Acquires PPC Insulators from Seves Group

PHI Industrial, a specialist industrial investment fund, has acquired PPC Insulators from Seves Group (a Triton portfolio company). The divestiture transfers PPC — a global manufacturer of porcelain high-voltage insulators serving transmission and distribution customers — to PHI, which said it will pursue expansion in existing and new markets to capitalise on long-term infrastructure and renewable energy trends. Terms were not disclosed.
