Armis Acquires OTORIO to Expand OT/CPS Security Capabilities

Armis has acquired OTORIO, an Israel-based provider of OT and cyber-physical systems security, and will integrate OTORIO’s Titan platform into Armis’ Centrix platform to add on‑premises and air‑gapped CPS capabilities. The deal expands Armis’ OT/CPS offering for heavy industry and critical infrastructure customers (energy, utilities, manufacturing) and is the company’s third acquisition in under 12 months as it scales toward an IPO.
