Splunk Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire TruSTAR, a San Francisco–based cloud-native threat intelligence and data-centric security platform. The acquisition will expand Splunk's cloud security capabilities by integrating TruSTAR's threat intelligence normalization and enrichment into Splunk's Data-to-Everything platform to accelerate detection, automation and response.
