KKR Acquires OSTTRA from S&P Global and CME Group

KKR has completed the acquisition of OSTTRA from a 50/50 joint venture owned by S&P Global and CME Group for a total enterprise value of $3.1 billion. OSTTRA, a post-trade services provider serving banks, broker-dealers and asset managers, will be owned by KKR following the closing; proceeds are to be divided evenly between S&P Global and CME Group.
