The acquisition adds an OEM- and platform-agnostic migration tool to Park Place's portfolio, enabling enhanced migration, analytics and risk management for customers across on‑prem, hybrid and cloud environments.

Cognizant Acquires 10th Magnitude

Cognizant has agreed to acquire Chicago-based 10th Magnitude, a Microsoft Azure-focused cloud specialist, to deepen Cognizant’s Azure capabilities within its Microsoft Business Group. The acquisition brings 10th Magnitude’s advisory, application modernization, managed services and data intelligence expertise into Cognizant; the deal was expected to close in Q3 2020 and was later completed (seller included Pamlico Capital). Financial terms were not disclosed in the initial announcement.

ConvergeOne Acquires Integration Partners Corporation

ConvergeOne, a services-led cloud technology solution provider headquartered in Bloomington, Minnesota, acquired Integration Partners Corporation, a Lexington, Massachusetts-based team that designs and implements collaboration, networking, data center and cybersecurity solutions. The deal expands ConvergeOne's presence in New England and the Midwest and integrates Integration Partners' engineering and managed services capabilities with ConvergeOne's cloud and collaboration offerings.

Symphony Technology Group Acquires SAI360 from BPEA EQT

Symphony Technology Group (STG) has entered into and completed a definitive agreement to acquire SAI360, a Chicago‑headquartered cloud risk management and compliance SaaS provider, from BPEA EQT (BPEA Fund VI). The acquisition (terms not disclosed) is intended to accelerate SAI360's product innovation and growth while expanding STG's portfolio in software, data and analytics. The transaction was subject to customary regulatory approvals and closed in 2023 (expected/announced Q2 2023 in press releases).

Experian Acquires KYC360

Experian has acquired KYC360, a UK/Ireland-focused RegTech firm offering KYC/KYB and customer lifecycle management solutions, to bolster its fraud and financial crime compliance capabilities. KYC360's onboarding, screening and perpetual monitoring tools will be integrated into Experian's Ascend platform to accelerate client onboarding and strengthen financial crime defenses.
