WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings Corp. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire McGrath RentCorp in a transaction valuing McGrath at an enterprise value of $3.8 billion. The deal combines two complementary temporary- and permanent-space solutions and rental platforms, creating a larger North American leader with expanded geographic coverage, projected synergies, and expected accretion to earnings within 12 months of closing.

Great Kitchens, headquartered in Romeoville, Illinois, is a leading U.S. manufacturer of private-label take-and-bake and topped pizzas (including the Uno Foods/Pizzeria Uno lines) with three production facilities and roughly 1,000 employees; the deal gives Rich's expanded topped-pizza capabilities, greater capacity and a vertically integrated pizza platform.
