ZS Acquires Medullan

ZS, a global professional services firm, has acquired Medullan, a digital health and digital medicine specialist, to strengthen its digital health, virtual care and decentralized trials capabilities. Medullan's 80+ employees will join ZS's Digital and Connected Health practice and the acquisition will combine Medullan's ZS VARA virtual care platform with ZS's consulting, technology and analytics expertise to scale digital health solutions for life sciences clients.
