Dental Acquisitions in Arizona

Young Innovations, a portfolio company of The Jordan Company, has acquired Medical Purchasing Solutions (MPS), a Scottsdale-based supplier of pharmaceuticals and surgical supplies focused on oral surgery and dental implant markets. The deal adds MPS's product portfolio and customer relationships serving oral surgeons and periodontists to Young Innovations' dental supply platform and will keep MPS co-CEOs in leadership roles.

Gen4 Dental Partners, a Tempe-based dental support organization, has acquired Harris Dental, a multi-dentist cosmetic dentistry practice based in Phoenix, Arizona. The deal brings Harris Dental into Gen4's platform to provide operational support while preserving clinical autonomy for the practice's dentists.
