Dental Acquisitions in Tennessee

Shore Capital Partners has founded Innovate 32, a Nashville-based dental services organization, through a strategic partnership with Dr. Clint Newman and his group of practices (including Gulch Dental Studio and Dental Haus Germantown). The platform will be led by CEO Josh Johnson and backed by Shore to pursue partnerships with independent dentists and scale a dentist-led, patient-first DSO in the greater Nashville market.

Gen4 Dental Partners, a Thurston Group portfolio company, has acquired Nashville Aesthetic Dentistry, a cosmetic dental clinic in Brentwood, Tennessee led by Dr. Dennis J. Wells. The add-on expands Gen4's clinical capabilities in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry while preserving the local brand identity.

Spark Orthodontics, a multi-location orthodontic group backed by minority investor Rock Mountain Capital, has acquired Cumberland Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, which operates eight offices in the Nashville, Tennessee area. Cumberland will retain its name and its four founder‑doctors will join Spark's management team as the combined business expands into multi‑specialty pediatric dental and orthodontic services.

Hunter Street Partners and Healy Capital Partners have acquired Kirkpatrick Dental Group, a Dental Support Organization that operates eight locations across Tennessee and Georgia. The investors will work with management to scale the platform across the Southeast through add-on acquisitions, centralized operations and improved practice management.
