Dental Acquisitions in Wisconsin

Behrman Capital has acquired Vista Apex, a Racine, Wisconsin-based manufacturer of dental consumables, from Inverness Graham. The transaction positions Behrman to grow Vista Apex's product portfolio, expand manufacturing and distribution capabilities, and pursue further strategic M&A to scale the business.

Dental Care Alliance (DCA), a Sarasota-based dental support organization, has welcomed The Kids Dentist, a single-location pediatric dental practice in Mequon, Wisconsin, as an affiliated practice. The affiliation expands DCA's footprint in Wisconsin and broadens its pediatric dental capabilities in the Milwaukee/North Shore region.

Cap City Dental Lab, a ScaleCo Fund III company, acquired Perfect Fit Dental Studio of Janesville, Wisconsin on May 1, 2023 as its second add-on acquisition. The deal expands Cap City’s product offerings and operational capacity in cosmetic and restorative dental laboratories, supporting geographic and capability growth for the platform.

Dental Care Alliance (DCA) has acquired Racine Dental Group, a large multi-specialty dental practice in Racine, Wisconsin, expanding DCA's footprint in the state. Racine Dental Group operates an 85-operatory, 65,000 sq. ft. facility with a satellite pediatric location and offers general, pediatric, implant, orthodontic and specialty dental services.

Cap City Dental Lab (Columbus, OH) has acquired Bolton Dental Laboratory (West Allis, WI). The acquisition is an add-on to Cap City's growth strategy—expanding its product and service portfolio, adding CAD/CAM capabilities, and extending its geographic reach in the Midwest.

Frontier Dental Lab Group partnered with and made an investment in D&S Dental Laboratory, a full-service dental laboratory headquartered in Waunakee, Wisconsin. The transaction is an add-on to Frontier's dental laboratory platform (backed by O2 Investment Partners) and strengthens the platform's Midwest presence; D&S has ~125 employees and multiple regional branches.

Dental Care Alliance (DCA) has added Modern Dental Care, a multi-location general dentistry group with 14 locations in Wisconsin, to its network of allied practices. The deal establishes DCA’s presence in Wisconsin and expands its portfolio of supported practices as part of its ongoing geographic growth strategy.

Frontier Dental Laboratories, a portfolio company of O2 Investment Partners, has partnered with and made an investment in NuArt Dental LLC, a full-service dental laboratory based in Brookfield, Wisconsin. The transaction positions Frontier to expand its Midwest presence and offer additional product and service capabilities to NuArt’s growing customer base of private dental practices.
