Engineering Services Acquisitions in Oklahoma

WSB LLC, a Minneapolis-based infrastructure engineering and consulting firm and portfolio company of GHK Capital Partners, announced the acquisition of Meshek & Associates, a Tulsa, Oklahoma civil engineering firm. The deal brings three offices and more than 50 employees into WSB, strengthening the firm's service capabilities and presence in Oklahoma.

Bowman Consulting Group Ltd. entered into a definitive purchase agreement to acquire Tulsa-based Excellence Engineering, LLC, a multi-discipline engineering firm serving petrochemical, hydrogen, industrial and electric vehicle industries. The deal (expected to close in early October 2023) will bring Excellence's staff into Bowman and is financed with cash, seller notes and equity; Bowman said the acquisition is immediately accretive and will initially operate at an annualized net service billing run rate of about $4.0 million.

TechPro Power Group Inc. has acquired Sentinel Power Services, Inc., including its subsidiaries Pencore Engineering & Consultants, LLC and Sentinel Field Services, LLC. The acquisition brings NETA-accredited electrical testing, commissioning, EPC and field-service capabilities into TechPro’s family of electrical and commissioning service businesses and will allow Sentinel to continue operating from its Tulsa, Oklahoma headquarters under existing management.
