HVAC & Mechanical Acquisitions in Oklahoma

Elevator Service Inc. (ESI) has acquired American Elevator, an Oklahoma City–based provider of elevator maintenance, repair and modernization services. The deal expands ESI's service footprint across the Southwest (Oklahoma and West Texas) and brings American Elevator's employees and regional customer relationships into the ESI platform.

Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric has acquired Patriot Heating & Air, adding Patriot’s Oklahoma City team to Paschal’s operator-owned home services platform and expanding Paschal’s HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service footprint into Oklahoma. The transaction, with Patriot owner Willie Hester exiting, is intended to broaden local service capacity while integrating Patriot’s customers and employees into Paschal’s larger network.

Quality Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric, a Glenpool, Oklahoma-based home services company, has acquired Tulsa-based Frost Air Services. Frost's owner, Cody Frost, will remain with Quality as a field service manager to provide HVAC expertise and help expand Quality's market share in the Tulsa area.

Quality Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric, a Glenpool, Oklahoma-based HVAC, plumbing and electrical service provider, has acquired Reed Family Heating & Air Conditioning of Tulsa. The acquisition expands Quality's presence in the Tulsa market and retains Reed founder Marquis Reed as a master technician and comfort advisor to preserve customer relationships and technical expertise.

Royal House Partners (RHP), a Dallas–Fort Worth based home services platform backed by CPS Capital and 1801 Holdings, has acquired Integrity Heat & Air, a residential and light commercial HVAC provider based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The deal is an add-on to RHP’s roll-up strategy to expand its HVAC footprint in Oklahoma and strengthen its local service capabilities.

Royal House Partners, a home-services platform backed by CPS Capital and 1801 Holdings, has acquired Schuler Plumbing (Schuler Enterprises) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The deal expands RHP’s plumbing capability and footprint in the Oklahoma City metro as an add-on to its residential and light commercial HVAC, plumbing and electrical roll-up strategy.

User Friendly Home Services has acquired Tom Hundley Heating & Cooling, adding the Tulsa-area HVAC and home services business to its national network of local HVAC and plumbing brands. The acquisition brings the Hundley family operations into User Friendly's platform to support growth and expanded service capabilities across residential and commercial customers.

Royal House Partners, a holding of CPS Capital, acquired Tiffany Air, LLC (dba Metro Service Company), a Bethany, Oklahoma-based HVAC contractor, with the transaction closing on November 10, 2021. The deal expands Royal House Partners/CPS’s footprint in residential and commercial HVAC, plumbing and electrical services as an add-on to its existing platform.

Fidelity Building Services (Fidelity BSG), a portfolio company of Oaktree Capital Management, has acquired AIR Technologies, an Oklahoma City–based mechanical/HVAC service provider. The add-on deal (effective October 8, 2021) expands Fidelity BSG's geographic footprint into Oklahoma and enhances its HVAC, sheet metal fabrication, and building-automation capabilities.

Alpine Investors has partnered with Jackson Mechanical Service Inc., a commercial and industrial HVACR and boiler services provider based in Oklahoma City, to form Orion Group, a new commercial facility services platform. Jackson will serve as the foundation of Orion; Alpine plans to invest from its recent fund to roll up family-owned commercial HVACR and plumbing businesses nationwide. Terms were not disclosed; Generational Equity served as Jackson's advisor.
