Acquisitions in Vienna, Austria

One Rock Capital Partners (through an affiliate) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Constantia Flexibles from Wendel. Constantia is a global flexible-packaging manufacturer serving pharmaceutical, food and consumer-goods customers with roughly 7,650 employees across ~30 sites in 16 countries; One Rock said it will partner with management to pursue growth and operational improvements.

Radancy, a Gemspring Capital‑backed talent technology company, announced it will acquire Vienna‑based Firstbird, a SaaS provider of employee referral programs. The deal — expected to close in Q1 2022 — will integrate Firstbird's referral technology into Radancy's unified talent acquisition platform to expand capabilities and strengthen Radancy's presence in the DACH region.

SAP SE has acquired Emarsys, a Vienna-based provider of cloud-based omnichannel marketing and customer engagement software, from Vector Capital. Terms were not disclosed; Vector Capital had been Emarsys' first outside institutional investor since 2015 and helped scale the business globally, including expansion into the U.S.

CloudBees has acquired Codeship, a SaaS continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) platform. The Codeship team will join CloudBees and the product will continue to be offered as a SaaS solution while expanding CloudBees’ CI/CD portfolio and capabilities.
