Ezdehar Management, through its Ezdehar Mid-Cap Fund II, acquired a majority stake in Natural Food S.A.E. (Kemet), an Egyptian manufacturer of pretzels and savory snacks. Founded in 1998, Kemet produces brands including Pretzo, Mixy, and Munchos and exports across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. With Ezdehar’s backing, Kemet plans to expand beyond pretzels into broader healthy and savory snack categories, scale production, and accelerate international growth.

Apex International Energy acquired IEOC Production B.V.’s interests in multiple oil and gas concessions in Egypt’s Western Desert, with two additional concession interests expected to close after parliamentary approval of concession extensions. The acquired interests include full interests in the Ras Qattara, West El Razzak and East Kanayis concessions, plus partial interests in East Obaiyed (and South West Meleiha pending extension), and will be operated in part via the PetroFarah joint venture with EGPC.
