Taconic Biosciences has acquired TransCure bioServices SAS to create an integrated global translational research platform combining Taconic's genetically engineered and humanized mouse models with TransCure's preclinical in vivo services. The deal expands Taconic's capabilities across oncology, immunology, infectious disease, and advanced modalities while preserving TransCure's brand and operational structure to ensure continuity for employees and clients.

Vellox Group, backed by permanent-capital investor Arcadea Group, has acquired ADSoftware (ADS), a French provider of CAMO and maintenance ERP software. The acquisition brings ADS's AIRPACK maintenance platform into Vellox's unified aviation operations suite, expanding the platform's capabilities across maintenance, airworthiness and operations for mission-critical aviation customers.

FAYAT Group has acquired full ownership of the Mecalac Group, a manufacturer of compact construction equipment for urban jobsites. Mecalac will join FAYAT’s Road Equipment Division, operating autonomously while broadening the division’s compact and electric equipment capabilities across its production footprint in Europe, Asia and the Americas.

Acrotec Group has acquired AFT Micromécanique, a French specialist in precision-machined medical implants and instruments. The deal expands Acrotec's medtech capabilities and strengthens its presence in high-precision medical manufacturing in Haute-Savoie, France.
