LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, has invested in Medray Group, a provider of diagnostic imaging equipment and services, marking an exit for Irish PE investor Erisbeg. The deal (subject to CCPC approval) will see LDC back Medray's management to pursue growth through sales investment, complementary acquisitions and expansion into additional imaging modalities across the UK and Ireland.
