Dynatrace has acquired Tel Aviv-based Rookout Ltd., a provider of developer-first live debugging and code-level observability for cloud-native applications. The acquisition will integrate Rookout's developer-observability and debugging capabilities into Dynatrace's unified observability and runtime security platform to speed troubleshooting and improve developer productivity. Digital Capital Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to Rookout and its shareholders.

Shiji Group has acquired MyCheck, an Israeli mobile payment and hospitality integration platform, from O.G. Tech (the technology investment vehicle of Eyal Ofer). The deal adds MyCheck's guest payment, digital check-in/out and dining-pay solutions to Shiji's global hospitality technology portfolio and aims to accelerate product integration and expand payment connectivity for hotels and restaurants worldwide.

ServiceNow signed an agreement to acquire the in‑app mobile analytics platform, intellectual property and R&D talent of Israel‑based Appsee. The deal will add deep user analytics capabilities to the Now Platform and bring Appsee's co‑founders and engineering team into ServiceNow (establishing a presence in central Tel‑Aviv); financial terms were not disclosed and the acquisition was expected to close by the end of Q2 2019.
