Augmented Intelligence (AUI) has acquired Quack AI, a developer of trainable AI agents for customer service, in a deal that will expand AUI's task-oriented AI capabilities and double its Israeli R&D team in Tel Aviv. Quack AI, founded in 2023 and employing about 15 people, will continue serving existing customers while joining AUI's infrastructure and resources.

Apple has acquired Q.ai, an Israeli audio-focused AI startup, in a deal reported to value the company at roughly $1.6 billion (estimates vary). Q.ai’s ~100 employees, including CEO Aviad Maizels and co‑founders, will join Apple as the company looks to integrate Q.ai’s audio and “silent speech” imaging/ML technology into its hardware and voice-enabled products.

Forescout Technologies has acquired CyberMDX, a specialist in medical device (IoMT) cybersecurity, to strengthen its healthcare security capabilities and device coverage across IT, IoT, OT and IoMT environments. The deal expands Forescout's ability to deliver visibility, risk management and threat prevention for clinical networks and connected medical devices.
