SKA, a poultry-equipment platform owned by Quadrivio Group's Industry 4.0 Fund, has acquired a 60% majority stake in Italian poultry-systems manufacturer Avitech S.r.l. The add-on expands SKA's product range in hen-egg and pullet-rearing systems and is expected to create industrial synergies as Avitech is integrated into SKA's manufacturing footprint; Avitech is on track for ~€8m revenue in 2025.

Silver Lake has agreed to acquire a €600 million minority stake in TeamSystem from Hellman & Friedman, with H&F remaining the majority shareholder. The investment will back TeamSystem’s continued expansion of its cloud business software, fintech and AI offerings across Italy and Spain and support further growth initiatives.

TA Associates has signed a definitive agreement to make a strategic growth investment in Diatech Pharmacogenetics, a Jesi, Italy–based developer and manufacturer of molecular diagnostics for precision oncology. Minority investor Alto Partners will fully exit while Diatech's founder and management retain majority ownership; the capital will support product development and international expansion.

NB Renaissance, the Italian private equity arm of Neuberger Berman, has acquired a majority stake in Arbo S.p.A., an Italian distributor of heating-system spare parts, air-conditioning systems and plumbing products. The investment will support consolidation across Italy and accelerate Arbo's international growth; sellers included Bravo Capital and Narval Investimenti.

Made in Italy Fund, managed and promoted by Quadrivio and Pambianco, has acquired Italian fashion brand Dondup from the European and Asian funds of L Catterton. Terms were not disclosed; the fund said the deal will help create an industrial group to generate production, marketing and sustainability synergies with its existing fashion portfolio companies.
