Teamcore, a retail execution technology platform, has acquired Pabis Retail, a Mexico City–based retail analytics and BI provider for consumer packaged goods (CPGs). The deal expands Teamcore's analytics and retail execution capabilities and strengthens its presence in Mexico and northern Latin America to better serve CPGs and retailers.

Formerra, a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, has acquired Suministro de Especialidades, a Mexico City-based distributor of elastomers, adhesives, resins and performance additives. The add-on expands Formerra's product adjacencies and strengthens its Mexican presence with in-country formulation support and a combined technical sales team focused on the region.

L Catterton's Latin America fund led a $70 million financing round in Razor Group to support Razor’s global roll-up strategy. As part of its international expansion, Razor Group acquired VALOREO, a Latin America-focused e-commerce holding with operations across Mexico, Brazil and Colombia.
