Acquisitions in Flevoland, Netherlands

The SC Pack Group, backed by private equity investor MML Capital, has acquired Frapak Packaging — a longstanding partner and European supplier of glass and sustainable plastic packaging. The deal expands SC Pack’s European footprint and product portfolio, creating a combined group with ~€350m revenue and roughly 500 packaging professionals across more than 15 countries.

On October 1, 2022 Kramp Nederland B.V. acquired 100% of the shares in Motor Snelco B.V. and Motor Snelco International B.V. from Motor Snelco Beheer B.V. The acquisition strengthens Kramp’s position in the park and garden aftermarket by adding Motor Snelco’s importer/distribution relationships (Briggs & Stratton, Peerless Gear, Tuff Torq, General Transmissions) and product range, while providing continuity for the family owners and employees.

PCI has acquired the IT activities of Rosenboom in Almere, adding an experienced small IT team to its IT Solutions offering. The move is an add-on to strengthen PCI's IT capabilities and broaden its service depth as part of its buy-and-build strategy.

HG International B.V., the Benelux cleaning and maintenance products company, has acquired Blue Wonder, a Dutch market leader in disinfectant cleaning products. The deal is an add-on to HG's portfolio (HG is PE-backed) to expand its specialty cleaning capabilities and accelerate European growth in the disinfectant/hygiene segment.

Kiwa Nederland (part of Kiwa) has signed an agreement to acquire KVVM, a Dutch specialist in safety inspections of storage racks, metal staircases, ladders and platforms. KVVM, registered in Almere with five employees, will join Kiwa's Building & Civil Engineering activities to expand inspection capabilities and reach a larger client base in the Netherlands and Belgium.
