Solenis has acquired 100% of Lilleborg from Orkla, expanding its presence in Norway and broadening its food & beverage and institutional cleaning and water-treatment offering. The deal gives Solenis (a Platinum Equity-owned company) a direct channel into the Norwegian market and enables cross-selling of water-treatment solutions alongside Lilleborg's professional cleaning portfolio.

GRO, a Northern European private equity firm, has completed a majority investment in Catenda AS, a Norway-based provider of BIM and Common Data Environment (CDE) software. Spring Capital (Polaris), the lead investor to date, sold all its shares as GRO becomes majority owner and will inject growth capital to accelerate Catenda's global commercial scaling.

The Riverside Company has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Montel AS, a founder- and manager-owned Norwegian provider of energy and electricity market information. Riverside will support Montel's growth by scaling the organization, developing new products, driving geographic expansion and pursuing selective add-on acquisitions while the founder and management team remain with the business.

Spectra A&D Holdings, a portfolio company of Vance Street Capital, has acquired Oslo-based Galleon Embedded Computing AS in an add-on transaction to expand Spectra's C5ISR and embedded computing product portfolio for aerospace and defense customers. The acquisition broadens Spectra's proprietary offerings (servers, NAS, data recorders, board-level solutions) and extends the platform's international reach into Europe.
