JDM Technology Group has acquired Bergen-based Infotech AS, a developer of construction site software for the Norwegian and Nordic markets. The acquisition, which closed July 3, 2025, strengthens JDM's presence in the Nordic region while allowing Infotech to continue operating as a separate brand under its existing leadership.

Avid has completed the acquisition of Wolftech Broadcast Solutions, a provider of cloud-based multiplatform news planning, production and publishing solutions. The deal will combine Avid's end-to-end media production tools with Wolftech's story-centric workflow management to improve remote collaboration, accelerate story delivery, and expand Avid's newsroom and live-production capabilities globally.

Renta Group Oy has acquired Tunnel Support AS and Tunnel Support Sverige AB from Andersen Mek Verksted AS, completing the transaction on 31 October 2024. The acquisition strengthens Renta's specialised tunnelling equipment rental capabilities and market position across Norway and Sweden, enabling cross-selling synergies with Renta's broader rental operations.

Alfa Laval AB has agreed to acquire StormGeo Holding AS from the EQT Mid Market fund (EQT Private Equity) for NOK 3,630 million. StormGeo, a Bergen-based provider of weather-centric software and decision-support services, doubled revenues under EQT and the deal (expected to close in Q2 2021) will expand Alfa Laval's digital and geographic capabilities.

Sanoma has acquired itslearning AS, a Bergen-based provider of a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS), from EQT Expansion Capital II. The acquisition strengthens Sanoma's digital learning capabilities and provides itslearning with a strategic owner to support further growth across Europe and internationally. The transaction closed on 5 December 2019; financial terms were not disclosed.
