Acquisitions in Viken, Norway

Valedo Partners III AB has invested in eight businesses to create Eltera Gruppen, a full-service electrical installation and maintenance group operating through 16 branches across Norway with combined revenues of around 1 billion NOK. Founders, board members and employees co-invested alongside Valedo; financial terms were not disclosed.

Lakers Group AB (publ) has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire Norsk Pumpeservice AS, a Norwegian aftermarket service and consumables provider for water and foundation drilling markets. The acquisition (expected to close in August) strengthens Lakers’ Norwegian platform and expands its product and service offering; the transaction was partly financed via a NOK 200 million tap of Lakers’ existing senior secured sustainability-linked bond.

Funds managed by Castik Capital have agreed to acquire a majority stake in Element Logic, partnering with co-founders Dag-Adler Blakseth and Kjell Blakseth plus the management team and employees. Castik will support Element Logic's rapid organic expansion across Europe and help expand its service and software capabilities, with Ares providing financing and several advisors engaged on both sides.

Survitec Group Ltd has acquired Hansen Protection AS from IK Investment Partners (IK VII Fund). Financial terms were not disclosed; the deal combines Hansen Protection’s immersion suits, protective rainwear and coated-textile capabilities with Survitec’s global survival-technology portfolio to broaden product offerings across marine, energy and defence end markets.
