Acquisitions in Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Poland

Prime Label Group, a Central and Eastern European label manufacturing platform backed by Innova Capital, has acquired Arti-Bau, a Polish digital label printing company based in Lower Silesia. The add-on strengthens Prime Label's digital printing capabilities (DigiPrime), expands its geographic reach into DACH and Scandinavian markets, and enhances the Group’s premium short-run label offering.

German cryo-technology maker MECOTEC has acquired Restore Hyper Wellness’ cryo-chamber manufacturing company in Poland (Zimno Tech) as part of a strategic partnership with Restore. MECOTEC will manufacture Restore’s exclusive 1Cool/2Cool/4Cool chamber designs and supply Restore’s 225+ U.S. franchise locations while expanding its global footprint and manufacturing capacity.

DYWIDAG-Systems International, a Triton Fund III portfolio company, has acquired Polish permanent formwork and hydro-insulation specialist PARTEC System. The deal expands DYWIDAG’s Concrete Accessories manufacturing footprint in Poland and strengthens its distribution presence across Europe, particularly in its home territory and Scandinavia.
