A consortium of private investors — Stirling Square, TA Associates and Macquarie Capital (via Giant BidCo) — has completed a recommended public offer to acquire Byggfakta, taking the Swedish construction data and software company private. Byggfakta, headquartered in Ljusdal, Sweden, serves over 50,000 customers, has more than 2,000 employees and will be positioned to accelerate international growth and strategic M&A under the consortium's ownership.
