Acquisitions in Jönköping County, Sweden

Nordifa AB, a Swedish manufacturer of technical textiles, has acquired Sporda Nonwoven after the latter declared bankruptcy on November 18. Nordifa will keep Sporda operating as an independent company under current executives Jonas Rylander and Anna Hallberg, aiming to preserve jobs and pursue long-term synergies in material supply and technical development across markets such as filtration, acoustics and insulation.

Direct Healthcare Group (DHG), a UK-based maker of pressure care and patient-mobility medical devices and an ARCHIMED portfolio company, has acquired GATE Rehab Development AB of Reftele, Sweden. The add-on expands DHG's product portfolio and establishes its first presence in continental Europe to accelerate distribution of its Intelligent Pressure Care Management systems across the Swedish and Nordic markets.

Summa Equity has signed an agreement to acquire Infobric AB, a Swedish provider of software and IoT hardware for attendance systems, access control, asset monitoring and energy efficiency on construction sites. Infobric, founded in 2004 and headquartered in Jönköping, will be acquired from Jönköping Business Development AB and founders/management shareholders, with management remaining significant shareholders.
