San Francisco-based SpatialChat has acquired European virtual collaboration provider Teemyco to accelerate development of its AI-powered Cloud HQ and expand its footprint in the distributed work market. The acquisition combines Teemyco’s presence-driven collaboration technology and user insights with SpatialChat’s AI agent integrations to strengthen knowledge intelligence, cross-time-zone productivity, and spatial collaboration capabilities.

Funds managed by AEA Investors LP, together with Polygon's management team, completed the acquisition of Polygon Holding AB from Triton Partners. Polygon is a European market leader in property damage restoration with ~5,500 employees and EUR 743 million revenue in 2020; AEA said it will support continued organic growth and further acquisitions.

MAPAL Group, a PSG-backed European hospitality management software provider, has acquired GetCompliant, a Stockholm-based cloud compliance and operations management solution for multi-site hospitality and retail businesses. The deal expands MAPAL Group's back-of-house software capabilities and presence across the Nordics and Baltics; financial terms were not disclosed.

IK Investment Partners’ IK Small Cap II Fund has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Mabtech AB, a Stockholm-based specialist in immune monitoring and developer of monoclonal antibodies, ELISpot/FluoroSpot kits and the IRIS reader. Mérieux Equity Partners takes a minority stake alongside IK, founders and management remain invested, and EQT Credit provided senior secured (unitranche) financing to support the transaction.
