Acquisitions in Aargau, Switzerland

France-headquartered DELABIE Group has agreed to acquire KWC Professional from Equistone Partners Europe, creating a leading pan‑European industrial group in tapware and sanitary equipment for public and commercial buildings. KWC Professional is headquartered in Unterkulm, Switzerland, operates across multiple European markets and the Middle East, and employs around 400 people; the transaction completes Equistone's full realisation of its investment in KWC Group and is subject to customary closing conditions.

Italian sanitary specialist Paini S.p.A. has acquired the KWC Home division from Switzerland-headquartered KWC Group, a portfolio company of funds advised by Equistone Partners Europe. The deal is a divestiture (terms undisclosed) that will integrate KWC Home into Paini’s sanitary product offering while allowing Equistone to focus on developing KWC Group’s Professional division.

Constantia Flexibles, a Vienna-based packaging manufacturer and portfolio company owned by an affiliate of One Rock Capital Partners, has acquired approximately 57% of Aluflexpack AG and completed a tender offer for the remaining publicly held shares. The deal, which buys the stake from Montana Tech Components AG and Xoris GmbH, will lead to a squeeze-out and delisting as Constantia integrates Aluflexpack to expand its packaging capabilities and sustainable product offering across food and pharmaceutical markets.

Triton Fund V, advised by Triton, signed and completed the acquisition of Swiss IT Security Group from Ufenau (Ufenau V German Asset Light, SLP). Swiss IT Security Group, headquartered in Wettingen, Switzerland, is a leading cyber security services provider in the DACH and Benelux regions with ~500 employees across 19 offices; terms were not disclosed.

Water Street Healthcare Partners, together with JLL Partners, completed an agreement to fully acquire and invest in Solvias AG, a Switzerland-based contract research, development and manufacturing laboratory services company. The investment will support Solvias' capability and global expansion and includes board appointments of seasoned pharmaceutical services executives to help drive growth.
