Healthcare Holding Schweiz AG has acquired a stake in KSM Kunden Service Management GmbH, a Swiss specialist in single‑use medical supplies headquartered in Mont‑Vully. KSM's management will remain in place and will take a stake in Healthcare Holding; the acquisition is intended to expand Healthcare Holding's portfolio of disposable medical products and enable cross‑platform deployment of KSM's products and capabilities.

Schivo has acquired Mecaplast SA, a Swiss specialist in high-precision plastic, metal and ceramic injection molding and cleanroom assembly for MedTech and life sciences OEMs. The acquisition expands Schivo’s vertical integration and establishes Mecaplast’s Botterens facility as Schivo’s Global Center of Excellence for molding and precision manufacturing in Europe.

TIC Holding Schweiz AG, a Winterberg‑financed buy‑build platform, has acquired LCBE Laboratoire de Contrôle bétons, enrobés et sols SA, an accredited construction materials testing laboratory headquartered in Bossonnens, Fribourg, Switzerland, with the acquisition effective retroactively from January 1, 2025. The seller Daniel De Nicola will remain as Managing Director; the deal expands TIC Holding Schweiz's geographic footprint and service offering in construction materials testing across Switzerland.

Klingel medical metal group, owned by IK Partners, has signed an agreement to acquire Ruetschi Technology Holding AG, a Swiss contract manufacturer for medical devices that employs more than 200 people across three sites in Switzerland and Germany. The deal expands Klingel's MedTech CMO capabilities—particularly sterile packaged single-use procedure kits for orthopedic, spinal and dental surgery—and is the fourth acquisition for Klingel since IK Partners invested in 2018.
