Acquisitions in Vaud, Switzerland

Mikrona Group AG, a subsidiary of Healthcare Holding Schweiz AG, completed the acquisition of FTC Frey Trading & Consulting Sàrl (operating as FTC Dental) and its affiliated online training platform MyDentalExpert Sàrl in Switzerland. Founder Bernhard Frey will retain a stake in both businesses and continue as Managing Director, with the transaction positioned as a strategic expansion of Mikrona’s dental and orthodontic solutions and education offering.

Verlingue, an insurance broker and subsidiary of the Adelaïde Group, acquired ProConseils Solutions, an insurance brokerage focused on French-speaking Switzerland. The deal strengthens Verlingue’s Swiss presence and expands its insurance coverage expertise for businesses, local authorities and medico-social establishments, aligning with Verlingue’s “Better Future 28” strategic plan.

Vance Street Capital has completed the acquisition of Syscom Instruments, a Swiss designer and manufacturer of vibration and seismic monitoring equipment, and will fold the company into its Terra Insights geotechnical, structural and geospatial monitoring platform. Syscom — headquartered in Sainte-Croix, Switzerland — will join Terra Insights’ existing subsidiaries (RST Instruments, Measurand and 3vGeomatics) to expand the platform’s instrumentation, data monitoring and analysis capabilities; terms were not disclosed.
