Bitwise Asset Management has acquired Chorus One, an institutional staking provider with over $2.2 billion in staked assets, to bolster its Bitwise Onchain Solutions staking capabilities. The acquisition brings Chorus One’s team and technical infrastructure into Bitwise, expanding staking support across 30+ proof-of-stake networks and adding roughly 50 technology professionals to Bitwise’s organization.

XponentL Data Inc. has acquired SmartBits, a Swiss digital, data and AI consultancy headquartered in Zug. The acquisition expands XponentL's Data & AI service offerings and European footprint while enabling the launch of an Innovation Lab to accelerate industry-focused data and AI solutions.

Smart Communications, a PE-backed provider of a customer conversations management platform, has acquired Assentis Technologies, a Swiss customer communications management (CCM) software provider focused on financial services. The acquisition expands Smart Communications' capabilities and presence in Continental Europe and enables Assentis customers to access Smart's multi-tenant SaaS platform.
