HOLYWATER (rebranded as HOLYWATER TECH) has acquired Jeynix, an AI-assisted visual effects and post-production studio, bringing Jeynix’s core technical team and proprietary workflows in-house. The acquisition strengthens HOLYWATER TECH’s ability to deliver cinematic-quality, AI-powered visual effects across its content platforms and accelerate localized production at scale.

Nevada Gaming Holding, a US-based investment manager led by Arnulf Damerau, has acquired Spacesiks, taking ownership of Cosmolot — Ukraine's leading online gambling operator. The deal positions Nevada Gaming to scale Cosmolot's technology and operations across Europe and North America and to support further investment into Ukrainian tech.

Discovery Life Sciences acquired East West Biopharma, a European human biospecimen contract research organization with a large biocollection network in Ukraine. The deal expands Discovery’s biospecimen collection and clinical site footprint across Europe, strengthening its global position as a leading provider of biospecimen and related scientific services.
