Virrtue, a Dallas-based finance and accounting BPO, has acquired Gloucester, England-headquartered accounting services provider Virgate. The acquisition expands Virrtue's footprint into the UK and Europe while combining Virrtue's technology platforms with Virgate's client base to enhance service offerings for SMEs.

Oxford-based electric propulsion company Evolito has acquired Cheltenham-based aerospace battery specialist Electroflight, with Electroflight becoming a wholly owned subsidiary. The deal brings battery systems together with Evolito's high-performance axial-flux motors and controllers to offer fully integrated electric powertrain solutions for electric aviation.

Probo Medical, a global provider of refurbished medical imaging equipment and services backed by Varsity Healthcare Partners, has acquired Mount International United Services Ltd (MIUS), a Gloucester-based provider of third-party service, repair and maintenance for medical imaging equipment. MIUS supports over 250 NHS trusts and hospitals across the UK and the acquisition will expand Probo's service, sales and rental capabilities across Europe; terms were not disclosed.
