Tiderock Companies (OTC PINK: TDRK) completed the acquisition of GRP Alliance Limited — a UK company formed to acquire the assets of MTAG Composites — and will rebrand it as Tiderock Composites Limited. The Coningsby, Lincolnshire facility will be retained and continue producing ISO 9001–accredited phenolic, epoxy and polyester glass- and carbon-fiber reinforced plastic moldings for aerospace, marine, rail and entertainment markets.

FPE has led a buyout of Point74, a UK-based provider of Food Lifecycle Management software used by food manufacturers, retailers and branded food companies. FPE will support Point74 to accelerate product and technology development and expand go-to-market capability to drive growth in the UK and internationally.

Cranswick plc announced the acquisition of Grove Pet Foods Limited, a Lincolnshire-based producer of dried pet food. Grove Pet Foods manufactures private-label products for leading brands as well as its own brands (including Vitalin and Alpha Feeds) and supplies specialist pet retailers and direct-to-consumer channels.

ProAmpac, a Cincinnati-based flexible packaging manufacturer owned by Pritzker Private Capital, has acquired Ultimate Packaging, a leading independent flexible packaging manufacturer based in Grimsby, United Kingdom. The deal expands ProAmpac's U.K. footprint and broadens its sustainable flexible packaging and digital/flexographic printing capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

Lucion Services, the UK environmental services group backed by Palatine Private Equity, has acquired multi-disciplinary consultancy Delta-Simons Environmental Consultants Ltd, creating a market-leading environmental services group. The combined business will have around £50m of revenues, more than 500 employees and serve roughly 1,500 clients across multiple sectors; the deal was supported by HSBC and Delta-Simons' MD Alex Ferguson will join Lucion's executive board.
