Hunting PLC completed the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Flexible Engineered Solutions (Group) Holdings Limited (FES) for £50 million in cash on a cash-free/debt-free basis. FES provides proprietary subsea fluid transfer technologies serving offshore oil and gas and renewable energy markets, and will be integrated into Hunting’s Subsea Technologies operating segment. The sellers were members of FES’s current management team, who agreed to remain with Hunting for at least 12 months post-acquisition.
