Cyklop (Cyklop International) has acquired The Needham Group, a UK and Ireland specialist in coding and marking systems and consumables, to strengthen its coding and marking product portfolio and ink production footprint across Europe, Africa and parts of the Middle East. The deal brings Needham's coding/marking technologies, ink production capabilities and personnel into the Cyklop group to offer more complete packaging-line solutions to OEMs and end users.

Calibre Scientific has acquired SciQuip Ltd, a UK-based supplier of scientific equipment, consumables and repair/maintenance services, marking Calibre's 12th acquisition in the British Isles. The deal expands Calibre's Lab Products & Services offering in the UK and broadens its product and service capabilities to serve research, university, hospital and biopharma customers.

The Riverside Company has invested in Newbridge Software as an add-on to its Guestline hotel software platform; Newbridge will operate as a division of the Guestline Group. The acquisition integrates Newbridge's cloud-native ePOS system for bars and restaurants into Guestline's hotel operations and payments platform to expand capabilities for hospitality customers across the UK and beyond.
