    Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP) has agreed to invest in Improve International Group, a Swindon-based provider of postgraduate veterinary training, acquiring its stake from RJD Partners and members of the company’s management team. Improve International — which operates in 20 countries, delivers courses in nine languages and has more than 170 employees — will continue to be led by CEO Heber Alves as LLCP supports growth via new course development, geographic expansion and strategic M&A.

    Park Place Technologies completed its largest acquisition to date by acquiring NCE Group Limited, a global provider of third-party data center maintenance and repair.
