ALKEME Insurance, a top-25 U.S. brokerage headquartered in Ladera Ranch, California, acquired Insurance Brokers of Arizona (IBOAZ), a Gilbert, Arizona-based personal lines insurance agency led by Cameron Brown. The deal strengthens ALKEME's Arizona footprint and adds IBOAZ's digitally forward personal-lines capabilities to ALKEME's growing national platform.

World Insurance Associates LLC acquired the business of SilverLeaf Insurance Group (Scottsdale, Arizona) effective September 1, 2025; terms were not disclosed.
