CyberlinkASP, a Seaport Capital-backed advanced solutions provider, has acquired Fresh Managed IT, a Birmingham, Alabama-based managed services provider. The add-on expands Cyberlink's MSP footprint in the Southeast, brings Fresh IT's ~150 customers across healthcare, construction and restaurant markets, and strengthens regional capabilities in network management, cybersecurity and VoIP.

Circumference Group, an operationally-focused investment firm based in Little Rock, Arkansas, has made an investment in Fast Slow Motion (FSM), a Birmingham-based consultancy specializing in Salesforce and HubSpot implementations. FSM will leverage Circumference Group's strategic and operational expertise to scale the business and expand its services while continuing to serve clients across the United States and Canada.

General Informatics, a Rosewood Private Investments portfolio company, has acquired Eministration, an IT management and consulting firm based in Opelika, Alabama. The add-on expands General Informatics' presence in Alabama and augments its managed services capabilities, including encrypted offsite backup, Microsoft solutions, and virtualization.

Unosquare, a global digital engineering firm, has acquired Airship, a Birmingham-based custom software and mobile app development firm, to expand its onshore delivery capabilities and vertical specialization. The deal bolsters Unosquare’s U.S. delivery footprint as it continues scaling its nearshore and onshore engineering services.

Meriplex, a Houston-based managed technology and cybersecurity provider, has acquired F1 Solutions, a veteran-owned managed service provider based in Huntsville, Alabama. The acquisition expands Meriplex’s cybersecurity and government compliance capabilities (including CMMC expertise) and extends its presence in North Alabama.

RJ Young, a Nashville-based business technology solutions provider, has acquired Alabama-based Syndesi Solutions to expand its managed IT services footprint across the Southeast. Syndesi's employees will join RJ Young's 650+ team while maintaining local operations and offices; the deal strengthens RJ Young's network security, cloud, and IT infrastructure capabilities in the region.

Oscar W. Larson Company, a portfolio company of Trive Capital and strategic partner SideKick Operators, has acquired Capitol Business Equipment, Inc. (CBE), a national provider of in-store technology deployments, managed services and repair for point-of-sale, surveillance, network and other retail systems. The add-on strengthens Oscar Larson's service capabilities and national footprint to better serve mid-size to large retail, convenience and QSR operators.

Thrive, a NextGen managed services provider, has acquired InCare Technologies, an SMB-focused managed service provider headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. The acquisition gives Thrive a regional anchor in the U.S. South to support expansion of its managed cybersecurity, cloud and collaboration services.

Spire Capital-backed Dynamic Quest, a managed service provider, has acquired IT 4 the Planet dba Integrated Solutions, a Birmingham, Alabama-based MSP. The add-on expands Dynamic Quest's geographic presence into Alabama and brings Integrated Solutions' managed IT, disaster recovery and cybersecurity capabilities and customer base onto the Dynamic Quest platform.

Dinocrates Group, a Rockville, Maryland-based strategy and technology advisory firm, acquired Global Management Systems Inc. (GMSI), a secure networking and communications provider serving federal and commercial markets. The acquisition adds roughly 80 skilled employees and expands Dinocrates' capabilities into mission-critical communications, network engineering and secure mobility for defense and commercial customers.

Benford Capital Partners, together with industry executive Will Daly and in partnership with Atlas management, has acquired Atlas RFID Solutions Store, a Birmingham-based B2B eCommerce value-added distributor and integrator of RFID tags, readers and equipment. Management will remain as significant investors and Benford and Daly plan to support Atlas' next phase of growth as a platform in the RFID/IoT market.

C Spire, the Mississippi-based telecom and technology services provider, has acquired Birmingham, Alabama-based TekLinks, a resell, cloud, managed and professional services firm. The deal (terms undisclosed) will integrate TekLinks' operations into C Spire Business Solutions, with TekLinks leadership retaining senior roles as C Spire expands its cloud and managed services capabilities across the Southeast.

Emtec, Inc. has acquired Summit Technology, Inc., a healthcare-focused consulting and managed services firm based in Athens, Alabama that specializes in Oracle HCM, ERP and Cloud applications. Summit's management and team will join Emtec's Global Services group to expand Emtec's Oracle application capabilities and deepen its presence in the healthcare market.
