Larson Company, a Clarkston, Michigan-based equipment distributor and service provider to fuel infrastructure customers across the Midwest. SideKick Operators and the Oscar Larson management team are co-investors; Cowen acted as exclusive financial advisor to the selling shareholders.

Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Sacramento, California, Capitol Door Service has about 50 employees and reported roughly $17 million in sales in 2020; ASSA ABLOY said the deal strengthens its geographic coverage in the Western U.S. and is accretive to EPS from the start.

Eberhart Capital Acquires The Equipment Source, LLC

Eberhart Capital, a Scottsdale, Arizona-based private equity firm, has acquired The Equipment Source, LLC, a Naples, Florida-based tool and equipment rental company serving contractors and consumers. The Equipment Source will join Eberhart Capital sister company Contractor Sales & Service, and management transitioned from founder Billy Martinez to Steve Acquafresca as general manager; terms were not disclosed.
