Oscar W. Larson Company, a portfolio company of Trive Capital and strategic partner SideKick Operators, has acquired Capitol Business Equipment, Inc. (CBE), a national provider of in-store technology deployments, managed services and repair for point-of-sale, surveillance, network and other retail systems. The add-on strengthens Oscar Larson's service capabilities and national footprint to better serve mid-size to large retail, convenience and QSR operators.
