Generational Group advised the sale of ASC Warehouse, a Bluffdale, Utah-based supplier of new, remanufactured and used diesel engine parts, to a group of private investors. The transaction closed on March 7, 2025; financial terms and buyer identities were not disclosed.

Argosy Private Equity has made a platform investment in Western Peaks Logistics, a Salt Lake City–based provider of same-day and next-day final-mile delivery services across the Mountain West. Argosy said it will support WPL’s network expansion, invest in fleet and technology, and leverage the company’s routed and on-demand networks to accelerate growth.

Imperial Dade has acquired Hylon Koburn Chemicals, Inc. (HyKo), a Salt Lake City-based distributor of janitorial products run by Ron and Mike Starr. The transaction — Imperial Dade's 46th acquisition — expands the company's presence in Salt Lake City and will allow HyKo customers access to Imperial Dade's broader product offering; financial terms were not disclosed.

ShipHero has acquired Golden Egg Solutions, an e-commerce fulfillment and packaging provider based in Salt Lake City, Utah. The acquisition gives ShipHero a strategically located warehouse in the Northwestern U.S. and adds capabilities including HazMat handling, packaging, drop-shipping and white-label supplement procurement for its fulfillment and 3PL clients.

Whiplash, a nationwide omnichannel fulfillment provider based in City of Industry, California, acquired Enlinx, a Salt Lake City–based 3PL fulfillment provider, adding a 400,000-square-foot distribution center and ~246 employees. The acquisition expands Whiplash's presence in the Intermountain West to better serve D2C ecommerce and omnichannel retail customers with faster regional shipping and multi-node fulfillment capabilities.

Ruby Has Fulfillment acquired EasyPost Fulfillment Services to expand its national U.S. footprint and increase capacity by approximately 25%. The acquisition integrates EasyPost’s fulfillment team and operations into Ruby Has, broadening the company's ecommerce 3PL capabilities across the Midwest, both U.S. coasts and Canada.

GlobalTranz Enterprises, Inc. has acquired Apex Logistics Group, a Utah-based freight brokerage and logistics firm. The deal pairs Apex’s temperature-controlled and truckload brokerage expertise and customer base with GlobalTranz’s technology-driven logistics platform to expand capabilities and service offerings for shippers.
