Media & Entertainment Acquisitions in Arizona

ON Services, a national live event production provider headquartered in Atlanta, has acquired Video West, a Phoenix-based provider of high-end event production and concert touring technical solutions. The deal expands ON Services' production capabilities, adds concert touring expertise, and strengthens its presence in the Southwest U.S.

New Tradition, a Blackstone-backed out-of-home media company, acquired a portfolio of Los Angeles billboard inventory from Becker Boards, adding 11 static walls/bulletins and 10 digital bulletin faces. The acquisition expands New Tradition's Los Angeles footprint to over 140 large-format digital and static signs, extending reach into new neighborhoods along the I-605 and Oakwood west of Silver Lake.

Scottsdale-based family office Vincere Capital completed a multimillion-dollar investment in Phoenix Rising FC, effective November 9, 2022. As part of the deal Vincere partner Baer Fisher will join the club's board as the investment supports the club's growth plans including a planned stadium relocation and broader expansion efforts.

IMG, an Endeavor company, has acquired a majority stake in Barrett-Jackson, the Scottsdale-based collector car auction and live events company. The deal will keep Craig Jackson and his Scottsdale team in leadership while leveraging IMG/Endeavor's global events, media and marketing platform to expand Barrett-Jackson's audience, content and event offerings.

Greens Farms Capital LLC and Landon Capital Partners have invested in iMemories, a Scottsdale-based consumer-focused company that digitizes and streams home movies and photos. The investment will support iMemories' growth, product innovation and cloud-based streaming/storage offerings; Investors Bank provided debt financing and firms provided legal and transaction advice.

CE Holdco, LLC (the Clubessential platform), a portfolio company backed by Battery Ventures, has acquired Stretch Internet LLC, a Gilbert, Arizona–based collegiate athletics streaming provider. The deal adds streaming capabilities to Clubessential's sports and membership technology platform as Battery builds a comprehensive college-sports division.
