Media & Entertainment Acquisitions in Indiana

Static Media has acquired Food Republic from Zero Point Zero Production, adding the culinary brand to its portfolio of food-focused sites alongside Tasting Table, Daily Meal and Mashed. The acquisition strengthens Static Media's food vertical and expands its combined audience reach across lifestyle and food content.

Novacap, a North American private equity firm, has entered a partnership with Static Media, an Indianapolis-based digital media company, marking the third platform acquisition for Novacap's TMT VI fund. The investment will support Static Media's strategy to scale its portfolio of content brands (more than 100 million monthly sessions) and pursue growth through M&A while leveraging its proprietary technology stack.

IBJ Media has acquired Grow INdiana Media Ventures LLC, the parent company of the Inside INdiana Business brand, to expand its statewide business news reach. The Inside INdiana Business television and radio operations will become a division of IBJ Media, led by founder Gerry Dick; terms were not disclosed.
