Packaging Acquisitions in New Hampshire

Imperial Dade has acquired Green Streets USA, Inc., a Nashua, New Hampshire-based distributor of foodservice, industrial and packaging supplies. The transaction expands Imperial Dade's scale in the Northeast and adds Green Streets' product and customer footprint to Imperial Dade's distribution platform; financial terms were not disclosed.

Fortis Solutions Group LLC, a portfolio company of funds managed by Harvest Partners, has acquired Label Tech Inc., an ISO-certified flexographic and digital manufacturer of pressure-sensitive and non-pressure-sensitive labels and flexible packaging based in Somersworth, New Hampshire. The acquisition expands Fortis's geographic footprint and product capabilities across consumer products, food & beverage, and health & beauty end markets.
