Payments & Fintech Acquisitions in Kansas

Valsoft Corporation has acquired CORE Cashless, a provider of cashless payment, POS, kiosk and access-control systems for the amusement and leisure industries. CORE Cashless will operate autonomously within Valsoft’s Aspire Software operating group to accelerate product development and global growth while preserving existing leadership and customer relationships.

Corsair Capital LLC has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire MSTS (Multi Service Technology Solutions), a global B2B payments and credit solutions provider, from World Fuel Services Corporation. Corsair plans to operate MSTS as a standalone business to accelerate its technology platform, expand product offerings and geographic footprint, and capitalize on growth in the B2B payments market.

Heartland Payment Systems acquired TouchNet Information Systems, a provider of integrated commerce and payments solutions for higher-education institutions, for $375 million. The deal adds TouchNet's U.Commerce platform, ~180 employees and more than 600 higher-education clients to Heartland's Campus Solutions business, positioning Heartland as a leader in the higher-education payments market.
