Payments & Fintech Acquisitions in Nevada

Pavilion Payments, a leading omnichannel payments provider for the gaming industry, has acquired CasinoSoft, a provider of AML/Title 31 compliance, tax form automation, jackpot handling, and regulatory reporting software. The acquisition integrates CasinoSoft’s compliance and automation capabilities with Pavilion’s payment ecosystem to deliver an end-to-end payments and compliance platform for casinos, route gaming, iGaming and sportsbook operators.

CPI Card Group Inc. (Nasdaq: PMTS) acquired Arroweye Solutions, Inc., a provider of on‑demand, digitally‑driven payment card production and fulfillment, for $45.55 million in an all‑cash transaction completed upon signing on May 6, 2025. The acquisition expands CPI’s product and production capabilities—adding Arroweye’s just‑in‑time card manufacturing and personalization to CPI’s card production, instant issuance and digital solutions and is expected to support revenue and customer expansion.

Parthenon Capital has acquired the gaming division of Global Payments Inc., transitioning Global Payments Gaming Solutions into an independent company renamed Pavilion Payments. The carve-out will be headquartered in Las Vegas and Parthenon intends to grow the business organically and via acquisitions while Global Payments remains a long-term technology partner.

J.P. Morgan Payments made a strategic growth investment in Sightline Payments to support development of an integrated omnichannel payments solution for resort and online gaming operators. The deal strengthens a partnership to expand Sightline's Play+ cashless and wallet offerings across the gaming, resort, and entertainment ecosystem.

An affiliate of Peak Rock Capital made a strategic growth investment in Passport Technology to provide capital and strategic support for the payments- and gaming-focused technology provider. The investment will help Passport expand its customer base, develop new technology-enabled products and services, and pursue additional strategic partnerships as it scales across additional end markets.

Searchlight Capital Partners has made a strategic growth investment in Sightline Payments, establishing a post-money valuation of $525 million. Sightline management also participated as co-investors; the capital will support expansion of Sightline’s cashless payment and wallet solutions across gaming, sports betting, lottery and hospitality markets.

Cornerstone Payment Systems, a Tustin, California-based independent sales organization, acquired Move Your Mountain, a Reno-based crowdfunding and online fundraising platform founded in 2014. The acquisition expands Cornerstone's payment and fundraising processing capabilities and allows it to offer new fundraising tools to individuals, nonprofits and ministries.
