Professional Services Acquisitions in Kentucky

Cintas Corporation has acquired SITEX, a family-owned uniform and facility service provider based in Henderson, Kentucky, with five locations serving a four-state region. The deal brings SITEX's customers and employees into Cintas' rental division as part of Cintas' strategy to expand its regional footprint and service capabilities.

W. Capra has acquired Impact 21 (Impact 21 Group, LLC) to create an end-to-end consulting and services business combining strategy, technology, operations, and transformation capabilities. The co-founders of Impact 21 will join W. Capra as partners, and the combined firm will be headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, with Impact 21 offices in Lexington, Kentucky and Tampa, Florida remaining open.

Godspeed Capital Management LP has made a strategic investment in Stengel Hill Architecture (SHA) to establish SHA as a new architectural, engineering, and consulting (AEC) platform focused on the U.S. healthcare facilities market. The investment will support geographic expansion (targeting Florida, Texas and California), capability diversification, and pursuit of complementary add-on acquisitions while SHA's existing leadership retains a significant equity stake.

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety has acquired Bates Security, a Lexington, Kentucky-based provider of security, fire alarm, access control and video surveillance systems with additional offices in Kentucky and Florida. The add-on expands Pye-Barker's footprint across Kentucky, Florida and South Georgia and keeps the Bates team and leadership in place under Pye-Barker's platform.

CertaSite, a commercial fire protection platform backed by The Riverside Company, has acquired Teasley Fire Protection, a family-owned fire protection firm in Frankfort, Kentucky. The add-on expands CertaSite's geographic footprint into Kentucky and brings Teasley's fire sprinkler, extinguisher, suppression and emergency lighting services onto the CertaSite platform; owner Joe Teasley will remain with the business in a new role.

Teleperformance has acquired Senture, a US-based business process outsourcing (BPO) operator focused on government services, from Kingswood Capital Management for an enterprise value of US$400 million. Senture, headquartered in London, Kentucky, generated approximately US$192 million in revenue (2021e) and operates a network of more than 4,500 advisers (about 85% remote); the deal is intended to strengthen Teleperformance's citizen/government services vertical and expand its US capabilities.

Kingswood Capital Management, LP completed the acquisition of Senture, LLC, a provider of multi-channel contact center solutions serving government agencies, commercial customers, and large system integrators. Kingswood plans to support Senture's growth trajectory and management team following the transaction; Senture has over 3,400 employees and is headquartered in London, Kentucky.
